Die Wohnung ist mit 4 Zimmern und 2 Balkons ausgestattet, wovon das Wohnzimmer, das Esszimmer und ein Balkon von allen Mitbewohnern nutzbar sind. Die Gesamtgröße beträgt 96m², wovon 22m² auf das Zimmer fallen, 16m² auf das schon besetzte Zimmer und die restlichen 58m² geteilt werden.
Das zu vermietende Zimmer ist 22m² groß und ist mit einem großen Schrank, Bett (1.80mx2.00m), einem Schreibtisch, Schreibtischstuhl, Bücherregal und Sofa ausgestattet. Ein eigener Balkon zur Straße hin ist auch vorhanden..
Das Zimmer kommt mit einem zwischen den Mitbewohnern geteilten Keller, außerdem gibt es einen mit den anderen Wohnungen geteilten Fahrradkeller. Der Garten steht zur freien Benutzung, kann also auch zum Grillen genutzt werden.
Die Miete + Nebenkosten sind all-inclusive, enthalten Strom, Wärme, Wasser, Internet usw. Die Kosten für Produkte des täglichen Gebrauchs werden geteilt.

The flat consists of four rooms and two balconies and has a total size of 96m². Of these, the living room, the dining room, kitchen and bathroom are available to all inhabitants (58m² shared). The whole flat was recently renovated and modernized.
The room is 22 square meters large and contains a large wardrobe, a large bed (1.80m x 2.00m), a desk, chair, book shelf and sofa. The room also has a personal balcony attached to it.
Together with the room you will have shared access to a basement with the other tenants; a bike room is shared by all inhabitants of the entire property. The shared garden can be used, barbeques are possible in the summer.
The rent + extra cost are all-inclusive, so they contain costs for water, heating, electricity, internet, etc. The costs for shared items are shared.
Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend ist aber mit einem kurzen Fußweg gut an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel angebunden. Besonders die Anbindung vom Bahnhof Lichterfelde (15 Minuten zu Fuß) mit S-Bahn und Regionalbahn erlaubt ein schnelles Erreichen des Berliner Zentrums. Vom Bahnhof benötigt man ungefähr 10 Minuten bis zum Potsdamer Platz.
Lichterfelde Ost bietet auch einige Einkaufs- und Essensmöglichkeiten.
Der Hauptkampus der Freien Universität kann innerhalb von 20 Minuten mit dem Bus erreicht werden, der Geophysikkampus ist sogar zu Fuß in 15 Minuten erreichbar.

The flat is located in a quiet area with a short walk to a wide variety of public transport options. Especially from the train station Lichterfelde Ost, which can be reached in a 15 minute walk, connections into the city and the surrounding areas are excellent with S Bahn and regional trains. From the train station it will take roughly 10 minutes to get to Potsdamer Platz.
Lichterfelde Ost offers sufficient opportunities for shopping and eating out.
The main campus of Freie Universität can be reached easily within 20 minutes by bus, to get to the geophysics campus takes about 15 minutes on foot.
Der derzeitige und in der Wohnung bleibende Mitbewohner ist 35 Jahre alt und arbeitet als Konditor. Er ist sehr ruhig und freundlich und auch immer bereit eine Runde Karten zu spielen.

The person who you'll be sharing the flat with is 35 years old. He works as a confectioner. He is always come and friendly. His interests lie in the field of card and board games and when time permits, he is always up for a game.
