I am renting a room for 1 woman in my very nice apartment
the apartment is on the Drakestrasse .
the room is about 21 square meters. has furniture inside it(table, couch, chairs, closet, book shelves).
bed(200,140 cm)
the kitchen is nice and complete with a refrigerator,washing machine, dishwasher, Water heater,koffee machine and a microwelle. so you only need to bring your own mug :)
The apartment is on the second floor in a new building with a big garden and a lovely green neighbourhood and a nice park very close to the chanal.
the location is quiet good for the students who attend the campus in Lankwitz or Dahlem and near to Benjamin Franklin Campus and Rathaus steglitz U+Sbahn and botanic garden where one can get there easily with bicycle or bus.
Sbahn lichterfelde ost and west are 5 min reach by bus as well. Ubahn Dahlem dorf is in 10 min reach with the bus
we have a parking place for us to use, incase you have a car.
whom I am looking for should be open minded and easy going, who I can chat and communicate with .My biggest preferences are cleanlieness, tidiness and not being loud.
About me, am a Syrian archaeologist, easy going , and although I do not cook that often, would be glad to cook together every now and then...
