Newly renovated furnished 11.2 m2 room with a lot of natural lighting. The room appears bigger than it is due to a loft bed and a sliding door. The big window overlooks part of the terrace. The room is right next to the smaller of two bathrooms with a bathtub.

Lichterfelde is a pretty green neighbourhood with great access to public transport and shops as close as a five minute walk. The house is pretty close to the FU which is also easily reached by public transport. Even closer are a park, a small forest and a farm if you value locally sourced food. We also have a neighbourhood cat that often comes to visit and is very affectionate.

The flatshare would be just the two of us. I'm a 23 year old afab queer person and would like to live with other people who are either women or fellow feminine aligned queer people. Ideally I'd want to find a roommate who would also become a good friend of mine rather than someone who is just looking for an impersonal room. The many communal spaces such as a large kitchen and dining room, the big garden with its above ground pool, and the soon to be finished living room would definitely allow for this. Whether it's an evening of us cooking together (or me cooking for us), a netflix Binge, a jam session, or we get some people over for some dnd - I'd love for this house to be filled with a little more life, although I do also need a lot of alone time and obviously respect the fact that you do too.

Now here comes the catch - I'm a vocal coach and run a small music school from the room next to yours, which may mean that you might be able to hear singing of various skill levels and general noises produced by people's voices as part of a vocal exercise. I'm sure we'll be able to figure out a solution for that though if it ever gets too much for you. And if you ever wanna use my office for a spontaneous Friday night karaoke session, I'm 100% down!
