Hey!
As I'm going away from Berlin from the 15th of January till the 24th of March, I'd like to sublet my cosy and quiet room.
It's perfect if you like to be in nature easily and appreciate peacefulness - outside and inside the house.
The room has a high ceiling, so it's quiet spacious. It's not too big, so warms up well. I have space to sleep, work, do yoga, chill on the "couch", meditate etc.
You're welcome to come to visit, so you make your own opinion :)
It's located in a beautiful quiet and residential neighborhood of Berlin close to Grünewald (20 mins by bike).
I love how well I sleep here - with proper blinds and no noise. It takes 15 mins to either S Botanischer Garten or S Lichterfelde West, but with a bike it's 2-3 mins.
I think, this room would be ideal for someone who needs to work on a project from home or works in the neighbourhood - I could imagine it'd be quite tiring to go to the city every day. And here it's a perfect place to focus and recharge.
My flatmates are awesome and I love them a lot. Raphael is a student at UDK, a musician and we enjoy going to dance classes together. Giulia is working full time as a graphic designer, she's a kind soul, an cosy flatmate.
We like to eat together and spend time playing guitar, singing, talking and just living the life! They both speak German. :)
If you're into music, meditation or any healing arts, you'd enjoy here a lot. It's good energy :)
