Mariendorf in itself is a quiet but very beautiful and idyllic area where you can relax well from the hustle and bustle of the city. Nevertheless, we are well connected, right in front of the house there are 2 bus stations from which several buses drive directly to the underground station in a few minutes. With the U6 you get directly to the city centre without change.
Around us there are several shopping opportunities, on foot you reach HIT (Rewe), Edeka and DM in 3 minutes and Lidl and Aldi in about 10 minutes. The beautiful Britzer Garden is a short walk away.

Mariendorf an sich ist eine ruhige, aber sehr schöne und idyllische Gegend, in der man sich gut von dem Trubel der Stadt erholen kann. Dennoch sind wir gut angebunden, direkt vor dem Haus befinden sich 2 Busstationen von denen mehrere Busse in wenigen Minuten direkt zum U-Bahnhof fahren. Mit der U6 gelangt man ohne Umsteigen direkt in die Stadtmitte.
Um uns herum gibt es mehrere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, zu Fuß erreichst du HIT (Rewe), Edeka und DM in 3 Minuten und Lidl und Aldi in ca. 10 Minuten. Einen kurzen Spaziergang entfernt liegt der wunderschöne Britzer Garten.

Unsere gemütliche 12er-WG befindet sich in einem großen neugebauten Haus (Juli 2023) in Alt-Mariendorf. Unser Haus ist mit 3 Bädern und 2 Küchen ausgestattet, sodass es (man mag es kaum glauben) nie zu einem Bad-Stau o.ä. kommt. Du teilst dir also ein Bad mit 3 und eine Küche mit 5 Mitbewohner*innen. Im Sommer kannst du die Terrasse, den Balkon oder unseren wunderschön-blühenden Garten nutzen.
Wir sind alle sehr offene Menschen und veranstalten hier und da mal eine Party, einen Glühwein-Abend mit Lagerfeuer, ein Grillen und anderes, was sich in und um unser Haus perfekt anbietet. Wir verbringen aber auch so viel Zeit miteinander bei Spiele-Abenden, gemeinsamem Kochen, beim Feiern gehen oder einen Schnack über ein Bier oder Wein. Es sind nicht jedes Mal alle zwölf von uns dabei, aber es ist immer eine abwechslungsreiche, unterhaltsame Gruppe.
Momentan sind wir 6M und 5W und sind offen für jedes Geschlecht. Die meisten von uns studieren oder sind berufstätig in den verschiedensten (sehr interessanten) Bereichen. Natürlich sind wir LGBTQ+ freundlich und lehnen jede Art von Diskriminierung ab.
Dank eines Mitbewohners hat unsere WG eine eigene Webseite, über die wir bspw. Bilder von gemeinsamen Aktionen teilen oder unseren Putzplan strukturieren. Du musst keine Putzfee sein, um bei uns zu wohnen, aber ein grundlegendes Maß an Sauberkeit und Ordnung ist uns genauso wichtig wie Respekt und Offenheit im Umgang miteinander.

Our cozy 12-person shared apartment is located in a large, newly built house (July 2023) in Alt-Mariendorf. Our house is equipped with 3 bathrooms and 2 kitchens, so (it's hard to believe) there is never a bathroom jam or something similar. So you share a bathroom with 3 and a kitchen with 5 roommates. In summer you can use the terrace, balcony or our beautifully blooming garden.
We are all very open people and organize a party here and there, a mulled wine evening with a campfire, a barbecue and other things that are perfect in and around our house. But we also spend much time together playing games, cooking together, going out to parties or having a chat over a beer or wine. Not all twelve of us are there every time, but it's always a varied, entertaining group.
We are currently 6M and 5F and are open to any gender. Most of us study or work in a variety of (very interesting) areas. Of course we are LGBTQ+ friendly and reject any kind of discrimination.
Thanks to a roommate, our shared apartment has its own website, which we use, for example, to share pictures of joint activities or to structure our cleaning schedule. You don't have to be a cleaning lady to live with us, but a basic level of cleanliness and order is just as important to us as respect and openness in our interactions with one another.
