Dear WG-Seeker,
Since I am out of Berlin, my room is free for next 3 weeks,from end of September to beginning of October .The room is cozy and bright. It is fully furnished with a bed-sofa, a big desk, a wardrobe and a couple of shelves . It opens up to the balcony to a beautiful outside view. The price includes all amenities including electricity, internet, heating.
The flat is in a very accessible as well as beautiful location. There are two bus stops on either side of the street each within 2 minutes walking distance, connecting to U-Bahn Walther Schrieber Platz, Rathaus Steglitz (U9) and U-Bahn Alt Mariendorf(U6), all of which are only 10-15 minutes away. Moreover, S-Bahn Priesterweg and S-Bahn Attilastrasse are 2 stops away by bus. There is a Nahkauf within 1 minute walking distance and Netto and Lidl 10 minutes away.
Also there are some restaurants and fast-food joints nearby which are open till late night. It is a very safe neighbourhood.
There are 3 people in the flat right now, two of us are students. I am Monika, and then there's Carolina and Houda. We have a very friendly environment and love to get together and hang out sometimes. But it's all good if you want your own space. We just want someone who is a good flat mate and also would keep the place clean and organised.
