Hallo!
Wir sind eine 3er WG mit einem freien Zimmer und suchen eine*n weitere*n Mitbewohner*in ab August. Ich (Anselm, 26) wohne bereits seit einigen Jahren hier, meine bisherigen Mitbewohner*innen ziehen nun beide aus. Eins der Zimmer geht an eine sehr gute alte Freundin, Anne (25). Sie hat Anfang des Jahres ihr Studium an der HFBK in Hamburg abgeschlossen und zieht jetzt nach Berlin, um ein Studium im sozialwissenschaftlichen Bereich anzuschließen. Ich habe nach meinem Studium der Theaterwissenschaft im letzten Wintersemester Landschaftsarchitektur an der TU angefangen.
Die Altbauwohnung ist in der Nähe vom Tempelhofer Hafen und direkt an der U6 (Station Westphalweg) und einigen Buslinien gelegen.
Das Zimmer ist ca 16qm groß und liegt in Richtung des Innenhofs und der Südseite, ist daher sehr ruhig und sonnig. Das Zimmer wird unmöbliert sein. Bad und Küche sind komplett ausgestattet.
In der Umgebung gibt es viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, den Tempelhofer Hafen sowie Edeka, Netto und einige Spätis. Es gibt auch einige Parks in der Nähe. Außerdem dürfen wir ein Stück des Gartens im Hinterhof mitbenutzen.
Wir suchen nach einer*m netten und sympathischen Mitbewohner*in, und wir würden uns freuen, wenn du uns eine kurze Beschreibung von dir schickst und du bei gegenseitigem Interesse auch zu einem Kaffee vorbeischaust. (Ein digitaler Kaffee ist natürlich auch drin.)

We are 3-person WG with a free room and we‘re looking for a further roommate to move in in August. I (Anselm, 26) have been living here for a few years already, my previous roommates are both moving out now. One of the rooms goes to a very good old friend, Anne (25). She completed her studies at the HFBK in Hamburg at the beginning of the year and is now moving to Berlin to study social sciences. I enrolled in landscape architecture at the TU last winter semester after having completed theatre studies.
The apartment is located near Tempelhofer Hafen and directly at the U6 (station Westphalweg) and some bus lines.
The room is about 16 sqm and is facing the inner courtyard and the south side, so it is very quiet and sunny. The room will be unfurnished. Bathroom and kitchen are fully equipped.
In the surrounding area there are many shopping facilities, the Tempelhofer Hafen as well as Edeka, Netto and some Spätis. There are also some parks nearby. We are allowed to use a part of the garden in the backyard as well.
We are looking for a nice and sympathetic roommate, and we would be happy if you send us a short description of yourself. If we‘re interested in each other, you‘re welcome to stop by for a coffee. (A digital coffee is of course also possible).
