Please read all of the information!
Our WG is closing down at the end of April. I have moved out of my room already and I'm renting it out for this last month of our WG's life.
It's a very large room, which comes with a large (albeit battered) couch, and if desired, a rather crappy desk chair. That's it though! So, consider bringing a bed with you! The room is also un-renovated, and the apartment as a whole is starting to show it's age.
The room also has direct access to a balcony, which is very nice and large.
Near to Marienfelde S Bahn (S2) and a short bus ride from Alt-Marienfelde U (U6). The M77 bus stops just outside.
There is a supermarket nearby.
The area is pretty quiet, although there is a relatively busy road outside the apartment. If you're a light sleeper, I would recommend earplugs!
Please be aware that Marienfelde is a bit of a distance from the hipster-heart of Berlin (see end of advert).
You will be sharing with two early 20-somethings, who are both friendly. There is not so much shared space in the flat though, as the kitchen is rather small.
The kitchen has a dish-washer, and the bathroom has a shower and washing-machine.
Unfortunately, this apartment is nearing the end of it's life before it will be renovated. That unfortunately means that some things in the WG are not getting fixed by the landlord; eg the kitchen tap drips, and there is some mold in the bathroom.
So, a little patience with the apartment is required, but hopefully it can be suitable for someone :)
