Willkommen beim etwas anderem Inserat, und zwar suchen wir eine/n Mitbewohner/in für eine WG-Neugründung für langfristige Verhältnisse. Vorgesehenes Mietverhältnis ab 01.08/01.09.2020. Bedeutet, dass wir uns zuerst kennenlernen und uns dann für die Wohnungsmiete zusammenschließen.
Dein Zimmer ist ca. 10-20qm groß und kostet ca. 350€ warm. Es wird bestimmt ein Fenster und eine Tür haben :D

Für die Anmietung der Wohnung muss ein monatliches Haushalts-Nettoeinkommen in Höhe von mindestens drei Bruttowarmmieten nachgewiesen werden, insgesamt mindestens 2000€, daher wäre es schön, wenn du nachweisbares Einkommen mitbringen würdest.

Welcome to a kind of different offer, because we are looking for a flatmate for founding a completely new flatshare. That's why you should have long-term intentions. We are aiming for the 01.08/01.09.2020 for the contract. At first, we get to know each other, and then we apply all together for the apartment.
Your room is ca. 10-20 m² and costs ~350€. It will certainly have a door and a window :'D

To rent a flat we need papers showing we earn 3 times the amount of warm flat rent, at least 2000€ combined, so you are welcome if you are already working.

Nun, große bezahlbare Wohnungen gibt es nun mal vermehrt in den Bezirken Marzahn, Hellersdorf, Spandau, vereinzelt in Neukölln, Lichtenberg und andere. Daher sage ich's wie es ist: Voraussichtliche Lage ist Marzahn, Hellersdorf oder Spandau.
An sich sind es ruhige Schlafgegenden mit diversen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und max. 10 min bis zur nächsten Haltestelle.

Deine Mitbewohner sind die musikalisch begabten Gökmen und Vito. Zwei ruhige junge Männer (23 u. 25) mitten im Leben, arbeiten und gehen ihren Hobbies nach. Es kann gerne etwas zum Feierabend hin unternommen werden, gerne zusammen kochen, ansonsten kann jeder auch seine Ruhe genießen. Alles kann, nichts muss.

Your future flatmates are Gökmen & Vito, 2 calm musically talented young men (23 & 25) who work fulltime. We can do something together, chill, or cook in the evening. If not, you can just enjoy loneliness in your room.

Alle Interessenten können sich gerne melden und mir ihre Vorstellung vom Zusammenleben mitteilen. Es geht um ein langfristiges, familiäres Mietverhältnis, weil wir voraussichtlich alles selbst für die Wohnung anschaffen werden müssen. Voraussetzung fürs Zusammenleben ist gegenseitiger Respekt, Offenheit und Ehrlichkeit. Auch wenn wir wenig miteinder untenehmen sollten, muss Vertrauen vorhanden sein.

Since we have to get all the apartment related stuff on our own we expect a long-term family-like relationship in terms of the trust. The requirement for living together is mutual respect, an open mind and honesty. Even in case if we don't do much together, there has to be a certain level of trust.
