The flat is only about an 8-minute walk from the main train station, from where you can take an S-Bahn every 3 minutes, or quickly get further away with a Regio.
The tram M5/M8/M10 and bus 245 leave directly in front of the door. The connections are really excellent and you can usually get to your workplace, any shopping mall or party location without having to change trams!
Especially at night, the N40 runs right through Berlin (e.g. Simon-Dach-Str.) to the front door!

There is an Aldi diagonally opposite and a Penny around the corner. Edeka is also easily accessible by bike.

We both work and have busy lives. I myself am german and always abroad for several months on business and then here for the holiday period at most. But even if at home, I am more an introverted person, being in my room or going out to travel the world. My flatmate Jannat works and is in Berlin all the time, but is very communicative and open. But since we are mainly a purpose-built flat-sharing community, evening conversations are more rare anyway. Nevertheless, it is not completely unimportant for us to live together in harmony, because after all, we live together and should therefore also take each other's needs into consideration. Good energy and kindness at home are still valued.

Jannat speaks English fluently. For basic communication, it is therefore essential that you have sufficient language skills, as you will be with her in the flat most of the time.

We are looking for a person who can live independently. Shared living is welcome, but essentially this is a purpose-built flat share, where we maintained a peaceful co-existence and everyone and every opinion is welcome.

As the flat and therefore all the appliances are for shared use, tidiness and cleanliness is also significantly important to us. We are also looking for someone, we can rely on and who has a certain down-to-earth attitude and therefore knows when it's time to start cleaning, as we are a very organized and clean flat and pay good attention to keep it in good order - as you would at home.

Therefore, we are also looking for someone who wants to stay for a longer period of time and not moving on after a few weeks.

The flat is 90sqm in total and is on the 4th (top) floor! The rooms are all about the same size. There is also a large, well-equipped (dishwasher!) kitchen with dining area. The bathroom is a bit smaller, but offers everything you need, including a washing machine, and for the ladies: Yes, you can also enjoy a bubble bath in the bathtub! ;)

In addition, there are underground parking spaces to rent in the building. You will have to sign a separate rental contract with the housing association. A bicycle storage room is also available and included.

Only the deposit of €1000 and any costs for the annual additional costs, like heating are to be paid separately.
A separate subtenancy agreement will be concluded; approval for this has been obtained. Registration is possible and desired.
