Hallo, in dieser schönen Wohnung im 2. OG in der Bernauer Strasse wird ab dem 16. Mai ein Zimmer frei. Das Zimmer ist 15m² groß und befindet sich auf einer hellen Seite des Gebäudes. Das Zimmer wird mit einem Interluebke Kleiderschrank und Vorhänge vermietet - Bett, Schreibtisch etc. müssen von dem Mieter mitgebracht werden. Inklusive ist ein privates Badezimmer mit Dusche und WC. Die Wohnung wird mit einem direkt in die Wohnung fahrenden Aufzug erreicht.
Es gibt auch ein Balkon, ein Fahrradraum und ein Keller wo man ein Paar Sachen lagern kann.
Die Wohnung hat eine modern eingerichtete Küche mit allen nötigen Geräte wie z.B. Ofen, Spülmaschine und eine Waschmaschine sowie eine großes und helles Wohnzimmer (36m²) . Der Esstisch bietet Platz für 8 Personen, und ist daher perfekt für gemeinsame Essen und gemütliches Zusammensein geeignet.

Hey, from the 16th of May a bedroom will be available in this lovely 2nd floor apartment on Bernauer Strasse. The room is 15m² with generous sunlight during the day. The room includes an Interluebke branded clothes cupboard and curtains only - bed, desk, etc. must be provided by the tenant. Included with the room is a private bathroom which features a shower, wash basin and toilet. Access to the apartment is via an elevator or stairs. The apartment also features a balcony, as well as bike room and small cellar where a few personal items can be stored.
The apartment features a modern aesthetic with large living room (36m²), custom kitchen and all necessary appliances: oven, dishwasher, washing machine. The dining table can seat 8 people and is perfect communal eating and cosy dinners.

Ich, Christian, bin 39 Jahre alt und lebe seit 10 Jahren in der Wohnung. Ich komme ursprünglich aus Australien (Englisch Muttersprache) und habe eine 10-Jährige Tochter die jede zweite Woche in der Wohnung (eigenes Schlafzimmer) bleibt. Ein gutes Verständnis mit Kindern ist daher Voraussetzung.
Ich bin beruflich Musikproduzent / Toningenieur / Gitarrenlehrer und arbeite meistens nicht von zu Hause. Ich ernähre mich pescatarisch und wünsche mir, dass unser/e zukünftige/r Mitbewohner/sich ebenfalls pescatarisch / vegetarisch / vegan ernährt. Ich bin sportlich aktiv und am Wochenenden spiele ich in einem Club Badminton. Alles in allem habe ich ein aktives Leben und bin kein Stubenhocker.
Es ist mir wichtig, dass wir uns gut verstehen und Respekt miteinander umgehen. Schön wäre es, wenn wir ähnliche Interessen haben und eine Liebe für gutes Essen teilen. Wenn die Zeit es erlaubt würde ich mich auf gemeinsame Abendessen freuen.
Sauberkeit ist mir wichtig. Wenn ein Putzplan nicht möglich ist, wünsche ich mir die Hilfe von einer Reingungskraft.

Hi, my name's Christian I'm 39yrs old and I've lived in the apartment around 10 years now. I'm originally from Australia (english speaking native) and have a 10yr old daughter who lives in the apartment every second week (own bedroom). A good understanding with children is therefore necessary.
Professionally, I'm a music producer/audio engineer/guitar teacher and my workload is mostly away from home. My diet is pescetarian and wish that a future housemate(s) is of a similar inclination; ideally pescetarian/vegetarian/vegan. I'm fairly active and on weekends usually play badminton at club level. It's fair to say I'm not a couch potato. :)
It's important to me that we understand and respect one another. It would be great if we have shared interests, including a love for food/cuisine. Time allowing, shared meals would be a bonus.
Additionally: cleanliness is important for me in this apartment. If we're not able to arrange a cleaning plan due to scheduling difficulties, then it would be great to get help with the cleaning.
