The view is already pretty nice from the balcony and this room but the sunset and sunrise are exceptionally beautiful. you can also look at the spree from the balcony.
The room is a guest room, so no one lives there and the wardrobe is empty. I'm renting it for the first time. I've been living by myself for now. You can bring your luggage and just easily move in

So Ideal for a person, who's open, wanna inspire each other, and love to act respectfully. No boring people but also no party-all-the-time people. The flat should become a real home for the people who live here, also, therefore, looking for people who wanna stay long-term. Hi, this is the roommate(30), non-smoker, I live in the other room in the apartment. I work in IT and primarily work from home, sometimes going to the office. It's my first time living alone and I got to test my theory that I'd keep my place neat and tidy if I ever lived by myself. And that's true xD. I'm a quiet sociable and easy-going person and like spending time with people and in nature so I'm mostly outside on the weekends, do sports a few times a week and I like to cook. Pretty much open to talking about any topic and the possibility to do different activities together.
