The room is a cozy 14m2 space with a window to the innehof with a beatiful wall full of plants as a view. All the furniture will remain in the room as I am not the owner. There's a desk which can't be seen in the photos btw.

In the center of the center of the city, the location could not be better. Oranienburgerstrasse Sbahn and tram at the door and the u6 5 minutes away, beautiful neighborhood with lots to unpack.
Im Zentrum des Stadtzentrums, die Lage könnte nicht besser sein. Sbahn und Straßenbahn vor der Tür und die u6 5 Minuten entfernt, schöne Nachbarschaft mit viel zum Auspacken.
You'll live with Thomas, who is german and about 50 years old. He spends most of his time in Southamerica so you have the whole apartment to yourself for most of the year, which is nice. Still he will be here for august so you'll be able to meet him.
Du wohnst mit Thomas zusammen, er ist Deutsch und etwa 50 Jahre alt ist. Er verbringt die meiste Zeit in Südamerika, so dass du die meiste Zeit des Jahres die ganze Wohnung für dich allein hast, was sehr schön ist. Trotzdem wird er im August hier sein, so dass du ihn kennenlernen kannst.
I am leaving, so i don't have call the shots, but Thomas will be looking for somebody clean, responsible with payments, easy going. He smokes in the kitchen so you shouldn't have a problem with that. You can smoke if you want in your room or in the kitchen no problem. Let me know if you have further questions.
