Hi everyone, I give a room of my flat in rent because I'll be out of Berlin for a while.
The ad is only for female. The flatmate will be my friend Daniela, that occupies another room.
In the room there's a french bed (140x190) and all the furniture that you need: two drawers, one dresser, one wardrobe, a desk and a chair. The room has two windows on the courtyard, so it's very bright and quiet.
In the flat there is one bathroom with bathtub and shower and one separate kitchen as well.
In the flat there are washing and dryer machines.
No Anmeldung, sorry.
Pay attention that we have a cat, so please text me only if you're at ease with a cat.
Tuco is a lovely cat, very sociable and friendly. You're gonna love him.
The flat is in the neighbourhood of Mitte but very close to Kreuzberg and Friedrichshain.
By walk you can easily reach the center. About the public transports here you have:
S-Bahn Ostbahnof

All of them at 5-15 minutes walking. The airport is reachable from Ostbanhof in 30 minutes.
