The room is big and is fully furnished.
There is a balcony from this room, overlooking a big courtyard.
The windows stretch from bottom to the ceiling, as they also function as gateway to the balcony.
The room is furnished with:
- Queen size bed
- a working table
- a reclining reading chair
- a closet.
There is even a sizable whiteboard on the wall for some productive brainstorming sessions!
The apartment has one bathroom (bathtub + toilet) and an additional separate toilet, so it never comes to that awkward situation when several people have to go to the one toilet at the same time.
The kitchen has a fridge and all the necessary utensils.
Couldn't be better location wise. It's right between Alexanderplatz (3min), Hackescher Markt (4min) and Weinmeisterstraße (3min).
You have quick and easy access to the U2, U5, U8, S-Bahn and various trams and busses.
If you feel like going for a walk, Monbijoupark und Museumsinsel are only few minutes away.
There is a huge Kaufland supermarket right next doors (around 1min), so shopping for groceries is very easy.
It's an apartment for 3 people, with someone from the UK and someone from Mexico.
Everyone speaks English fluently and enough German to get by as well (the guy from UK even speaks fluent German actually).
We don't have a living room, so it's not a classic WG, but since our rooms are quite big, we just hang out together in our rooms.
I want to sublet/rent out my room, as I'm gonna be in Asia for several months (at least until end of May, maybe even till winter 2024).
The monthly rent will be 670€, with Internet, water, electricity and heating included.
If you are interested, please introduce yourself fully, so we can decide who to invite to view the apartment. We're looking for someone respectful and easy-going to join this household.
