Hello beautiful people🌸 I am subletting my cozy room for a short term.
The rent is per one day, for longer stay (e.g.more than 2weeks) the price can be negotiable:)
It is the top floor of the building without a lift but you will find it lovely, with the apartment and my wonderful roommate.
Besides your furnished room, there is a big fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a tub&washing machine, shared living room with a big balcony. Every rooms are furnished and with Wifi.
If you're interested to see another part of the apartment, feel free to contact me so I can send you photos or make a video call.
It's easy access to go everywhere , there are U-Bahn, Tram and Bus stop just 3-5mins walking distance. For example from the nearest U-bahn station,15mins ride to Berlin central station and 50mins to the Airport.
Also there is a lot of options for grocery stores, spati, bakery, pharmacies, bars and cafes in 5mins walking distance. The area itself is quite family oriented, but also you can find fun hipster spots💖
I am living with a German girl (27), she is a very open and warm hearted person.
We often have a glass of wine or a beer, go to events together and love to share our stories. We help each other a lot but also respectful for own privacies.
If you are looking for a place not only just to stay but also a warm residence, this is for you :)
