Hi! We are looking for a new housemate for a bright, beautiful room in our apartment at the 10th floor. The room is partly furnished (bed, bedframe and a bookshelf), and located in Mollstrasse. The area is very well connected to the city: it takes only a five minutes walk from here to reach Alexanderplatz!
At the moment, four people live here, and we are looking for a fifth tenant. There are three Italians and one Irishman, all of us working; so the room would be ideal for workers or postgraduate (MA, PhD) students living in Berlin, as we are looking for a long lease.
We like to keep the environment sociable, but are very respectful of each other’s spaces: we are looking for someone who is quiet and clean – but should you also be willing, from time to time, to join in for a movie night or a cook-together session, just know that the option is there!
We are very happy to meet you potential tenants both in person and online to give you a tour of the house.
