The flat is located in one of the most central parts of the city, on Torstr.- a short walk to Alexanderplatz.
Multiple trains and trams are a 1 minute walk away. The location boasts all kinds of cafes, Museums, shops, supermarkets etc.
About the flat:
I share this 3 bedroom flat, with separate living room and kitchen. A very sweet cat also lives with us at home.
About me:
I am an artist and also work a corporate job during the week. Creative and productive energies are very present in the flat, and I am looking for someone who appreciates this. Good energy is important: you don't have to be our close friend, but we are hoping to find a flatmate who is comfortable in our home.
At the moment, we are renting out the room for 1 months, but this may be flexible dependent on (y)our needs.
