Das Zimmer hat einen wunderschönen Stuck, Holzdielen, Flügeltüren und einen Südbalkon. Es kann auch unmöbliert vermietet werden. Ggf. auch längerfristig.
Es gibt ein Bett 120x200. Einen Couchtisch mit Sessel, ein Bücherregal, Kleiderestange, Schreibtisch mit Stuhl. Die 2. Türe bleibt immer zu, es ist also KEIN Durchgangszimmer.
Die Lage ist super zentral, allerdings im 1. OG Vorderhaus in der Potsdamerstr. und tagsüber etwas laut. Dafür hast Du Bus, Bahn, etc. vor der Haustüre. (U1 Kurfürstenstraße, U2 Bülowstraße, Bus M48, M86). Gleisdreieckpark und Tiergarten in Fussweite.
Es gibt viele Supermärkte und Restaurants in der Gegend. Darüberhinaus zahlreiche Galerien.
Ich (58) Designerin und Coach und mein Partner (65) wohnen und arbeiten in zwei Räumen und sind oft unterwegs. Wir wünschen uns eine ruhige und ordentliche Person.
Es gibt einen 46m² großen Gemeinschaftsraum mit Wohnküche und Sofaecke zum relaxen und plaudern.
Keine Parties, dafür gibt es draussen in Berlin viele Möglichkeiten zu feiern und auszugehen.
Als Dokumente benötigen wir eine Bescheinigung über deine aktuelle Arbeit und Einkommen, bzw. Erklärung, dass Du im Stande bist, die Miete regelmäßig zu bezahlen.
Du bekommst dann von uns eine Nutzungsvereinbarung zugeschickt, damit beide Seiten abgesichert sind.
Die Kaution beträgt 500 euro und wird nach Ende ausgezahlt.
