Ich biete ein gemütliches Zimmer in meiner 60 Quadratmeter großen 2-Zimmer WG mit Balkon an. Das Zimmer ist 14 qm groß und kostet 650 Euro, inklusive aller Nebenkosten. Es ist voll möbliert mit einem 140 x 200 Bett, Sofa, Schreibtisch mit Monitor und Lampe, einigen Pflanzen, einem Fernseher, einer Kommode und einer Kleiderstange.
The location of the apartment is fantastic at the eastern end of the Ramlerstraße, just a 5-minute walk to Mauerpark and 8 minutes to Gesundbrunnen station served by the U8, providing easy access to almost anywhere in Berlin. There are also three large supermarkets nearby.
Die Lage der Wohnung am östlichen Ende der Ramlerstraße ist ideal. Der Mauerpark befindet sich 5 Gehminuten entfernt und in 8 Minuten ist man am sehr gut vernetzten Bahnhof Gesundbrunnen. Außerdem befinden sich Kaufland, Lidl und Aldi in der unmittelbaren Umgebung.
You'll be sharing the apartment with me, Paul, currently pursuing a Master's degree in Sports Science and Economics. The room has a balcony that runs through my space. The apartment is fully equipped, including a kitchen with a dishwasher, washing machine, and all necessary kitchen utensils that you are welcome to use. This is a non-smoking flat share.
Du würdest mit mir, Paul, zusammenleben, der derzeit Sportwissenschaft und Wirtschaftspädagogik im Master studiert. Das Zimmer verfügt über einen Balkon, der durch mein Zimmer führt. Die Wohnung ist komplett ausgestattet, auch die Küche mit Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine und allen notwendigen Küchenutensilien, die du verwenden kannst. Es handelt sich hierbei um eine Nichtraucher-WG.
