Das Zimmer befindet sich in einer 3-Zimmer-Dachgeschosswohnung (78 qm) in Berlin Mitte. Es ist 19/20qm groß und mit einem großen Bett sowie einer großen Kommode ausgestattet. Im Flur gibt es eine weitere Möglichkeit, Kleidung aufzuhängen.
Neben dem Zimmer gibt es in der Wohnung ein kleineres Schlafzimmer sowie das gemeinsam genutzte Wohnzimmer, die Küche und das Bad. Alle Zimmer sind mit Fenstern ausgestattet und recht hell. Außerdem verfügt die Wohnung über einen sehr großen 18 qm Balkon, der besonders im Frühling und Sommer zum Entspannen einlädt.
The room is located in a 3-room rooftop flat (78 square metres) in Berlin Mitte. It is 19/20 square metres in size and furnished with a bed and a big sideboard for clothes.
In addition to the room, the flat has another smaller bedroom as well as a shared living room, kitchen and bathroom. All rooms have windows and are quite bright. The flat also has a very large 18 square metre balcony, which is particularly inviting for relaxing in spring and summer.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im Weinbergsweg in Berlin Mitte an der Grenze zu Prenzlauer Berg. Man kommt in unter 5 Minuten zur U8 oder zur Tram (M1/12). In der Umgebung gibt es sehr viele Restaurants und Bars, sowie genug Grünfläche auch der Mauerpark ist fußläufig entfernt.
The flat is located in Weinbergsweg in Berlin Mitte on the border to Prenzlauer Berg. You can get to the U8 underground line or the tram (M1/12) in under 5 minutes. There are many restaurants and bars in the neighbourhood, as well as plenty of green spaces and Mauerpark is also within walking distance.
Für die Wohnung suche ich für 2-3 Monate voerst befristet einen neuen Mitbewohner/in. Ich bin selbst Berufstätig und beruflich sowie privat relativ viel unterwegs.
In der Wohnung wünsche ich mir ein enstpanntes und respektvolles Zusammenleben - alles Weitere gerne in einem persönlichen Gespräch. Die Gemeinschaftsräume können selbstverständlich ohne Einschränkungen genutzt werden.
Ich selbst bin relativ selten zu Hause, da ich beruflich mind. 50% der Woche nicht in Berlin bin.
I am looking for a new flatmate for the flat for a temporary period of 2-3 months. I am working and travelling a lot, both professionally and privately.
I would like to live together in the flat in a relaxed and respectful atmosphere - I would be happy to discuss everything else in person or on phone. The common rooms can of course be used without restrictions.
I'm rarely at home myself, as I'm away from Berlin at least 50% of the week for work.
