The room is nicely furnished and offers an oversized bunk bed as well as a pull-out sofa bed.
The desk looks out of the window.
The closet offers enough space.
Everything is available in the kitchen.
Bed linen and towels can be provided.
There are even shared bicycles in the house that can be used.
Smoking is possible in the inner courtyard.

das Zimmer ist nett eingerichtet und bietet neben übergroßem Hochbett außerdem noch eine ausfahrbare Schlafcouch.
Vom Schreibtisch aus blickt man aus dem Fenster.
Der Kleiderschrank bietet genügend Platz.
In der Küche ist alles vorhanden.
Bettwäsche und Handtücher können zur Verfügung gestellt werden.
Es gibt sogar Gemeinschaftsräder im Haus, die genutzt werden können.
Rauchen ist auf dem Innenhof möglich.
The location of the room is wonderful. In the heart of Berlin, with the Monbijoupark as a front garden. Spree, Friedrichsstadt and Museum Island in the immediate vicinity. Many theater stages and lively shopping streets, such as the area around Hackescher Markt, are waiting for you. In addition, the hip area around Rosenthaler Platz will let you fully enjoy spring in Berlin.
The room is right next to the S1 (Oranienburger Straße) and close to the Friedrichsstraße S+U.

Die Lage des Zimmers ist wunderbar. Im Herzen Berlins, mit dem Monbijoupark als Vorgarten. Spree, Friedrichsstadt und Museumsinsel in direkter Nachbarschaft. Viele Theaterbühnen und belebte Einkaufsstraßen, wie die Gegend um den Hackeschen Markt warten auf Dich. Außerdem wird Dich die hippe Gegend rund um den Rosenthaler Platz den Frühling in Berlin voll auskosten lassen.
Das Zimmer ist direkt an der S1 (Oranienburger Straße) und nah an der S+U Friedrichsstraße.
You don't have to be a student. However, only students live in the shared flat. It is a student hall of residence. Nevertheless, the room and the shared flat have much more charm than an ordinary room in a hall of residence.
Everyone is super nice and open to a chat in the kitchen.
There is a cleaning job to do once a week.
There are washing machines in the basement.

Du musst kein Student sein. In der WG leben jedoch ausschließlich Studenten. Es handelt sich um ein studentisches Wohnheim. Das Zimmer und die WG besitzen dennoch viel mehr Charme als ein gewöhnliches Zimmer im Wohnheim.
Alle sind super nett und für ein Gespräch in der Küche offen.
Einmal in der Woche ist eine Putzaufgabe zu erledigen.
Waschmaschinen stehen im Keller.
