The bedroom that will be available is ~18 sqm, it’s fully furnished and has its own balcony. The rent is €750 all bills included, plus a one-month’s rent deposit. It’s a very nice, refurbished Altbau. There are 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a big kitchen and a spacious living room.
The flat is located in Arkonakiez. 5-min walk to the U8 station Bernauer Str. 10-min walk to the S-Bahn station Nordbahnhof. Tram lines M10, M8 and 12 pass close by too.
We are three flatmates currently looking for a fourth flatmate to move in on 1st April.
Veronica (50) is an artist and social worker. She currently works for a counselling project for refugee and migrant women. Mateo (20) is Veronica’s son. He’s planning on studying illustration. Maria (31) works for a travel company and is finishing her master's in marketing.
We’re looking for someone who has experience living in flatshares, is clean, tidy, and keen to cook sometimes. We cook only vegetarian and have a monthly fund for grocery shopping and cleaning supplies. We like the idea of having a communal space where we share meals and chats.
We also have a lovely cat. She’s very easygoing and everyone enjoys her company.
The initial contract would be from 1st April to 31st August with the possibility of extension. Anmeldung is possible.
