The room is located in a freshly modernized old building apartment. The room is furnished with everything you need (bed, wardrobe, desk). There is also a fireplace in the room, but it is no longer in operation (don't worry, the heaters are new and work great). In the mornings and evenings, the sun shines into the room - overall, the room and the entire apartment are very bright.
The apartment also includes a newly renovated bathroom with a shower, a new kitchen with a pantry and dishwasher. In the living room, there is a large dining table, and soon a couch will be added. There is also a balcony in the living room.
Zimmer
Das Zimmer befindet sich in einer frisch modernisierten Altbauwohnung. Das Zimmer ist möbliert mit allem was man braucht (Bett, Schrank, Schreibtisch). Im Zimmer ist auch ein Kamin vorhanden, der aber nicht mehr in Betrieb ist (keine Angst, die Heizungen sind neu und funktionieren super)
Morgens und abends schaut die Sonne ins Zimmer - insgesamt ist das Zimmer und auch die ganze Wohnung sehr hell.
Zur Wohnung gehören auch ein neu saniertes Bad mit Dusche, eine neue Küche mit Vorratskammer und Spülmaschine. Im Wohnzimmer gibt's auch einen großen Esstisch und demnächst soll noch eine Couch dazu kommen. Einen Balkon gibt's im Wohnzimmer auch
2 minutes walk from the S-Bahn and U-Bahn Wedding stations and 5 minutes from Leopoldplatz, where the U9 line is available.

Close to Charité hospital and many shopping opportunities, as well as restaurants, bars, and cafes.

Our shared apartment life:
In our shared apartment, we value a relaxed atmosphere and open communication. Cooking and chatting together, or even a joint outing, are warmly welcomed but by no means mandatory. As a full-time project engineer, I appreciate having enough space for myself after a challenging day.
Cleanliness is important to me, so we always aim for a certain level of cleanliness in the apartment.
In my free time, I'm often at the gym or meeting friends for football or bouldering. Additionally, I enjoy traveling and have a passionate interest in dancing.
Unser WG-Leben:
In unserer WG legen wir Wert auf entspannte Atmosphäre und offene Kommunikation. Gemeinsames Kochen und Plaudern oder auch mal ein gemeinsamer Ausflug sind herzlich willkommen, aber keinesfalls ein Muss. Als Vollzeit-Projektingenieur schätze ich es, nach einem anstrengenden Tag genügend Raum für mich zu haben.
Sauberkeit ist mir wichtig, daher streben wir stets eine gewisse Grundsauberkeit in der Wohnung an.
In meiner Freizeit bin ich oft im Fitnessstudio oder treffe mich mit Freunden zum Fußballspielen oder Bouldern. Außerdem reise ich gerne oder gehe leidenschaftlich gern tanzen.
