I am looking for a temporary resident (mid-May to mid-July) for my beautiful, spacious room. A lot of light comes in through the large windows. The lovely old herringbone parquet flooring and high ceilings provide a charming old-building look. The room is rented furnished (as seen in the pictures) - it comes with a chair, a desk, a clothes rail, a bed and a small dresser.

The flat is located in the city center, right on the boarder between Mitte and Kreuzberg. It has high ceilings, wooden floors, big windows and great isolation from the city noise. There's a daylight bathroom with a bathtub as well as a modern kitchen with standard kitchen appliances: dishwasher, microwave, big fridge, spacious cupboards. It also has a balcony.

Unfortunately, Anmeldung is not possible.
If you would like to move in, you need to have a Haftpflichtversicherung (liability insurance) - the one insurance everyone in Germany should have :D Like a lot of landlords, our landlord insists on this. It's only 40 euros a year - so in case you don't have it, this is a good investment ;)
