It's pretty likely you've never seen a more impressive apartment in real-life Berlin:
* Penthouse with floor-to-ceiling windows across all rooms (yes, even the toilet)
* a huge, 20-meter long balcony facing West and thus allowing for incredible, all-day tans (plants coming soon)
* beautiful wooden floors (with infinite heating, as that's included in the price)
* views of Berlin's Eiffel Tower, the Fernsehturm (but just the top and only if you're tall enough)

* Our place is right between U2 and U8 - Berlin's safest and Berlin's unsafest subway lines.
* There's a tram running right in front of our building (although not sure where it's going as we've never taken it).
* Scooters from all brands always park right in front of the door.
* Some of Mitte's and Pankow's nicest areas are quickly reachable by foot, but Fhain and Xberg will be slightly out of reach.
* Some spätis and bars on Torstraße are open 24/7.
* Torstraße is frequented by some of the most stylish people in Berlin (and some tourists, unfortunately).
