Hey friends,
I am subletting my spacious and light WG room next to Gleisdreieckpark from 03.06.-10.07.2024, as I will be travelling during that time.
The room has a loft, as you can see on the pictures, where i have the bed placed.
The whole furniture stays and can be used. Under the bed there is space to store clothes and more.
The spacious kitchen and bathroom are shared with my two friendly flatmates, that partially will also be travelling during the time. Two days a week people use one room of the apartment as an office (you do not notice that much though). In general it is a quite co-living with occasional joint activities like dinner together.
Special asset: we have a lush private garden in the back of the house that you can also use.

Hallo Freunde,
ich vermiete mein geräumiges und helles WG-Zimmer in der Nähe des Gleisdreieckparks vom 03.06. bis 10.07.2024 unter, da ich in dieser Zeit auf Reisen sein werde.
Das Zimmer hat eine Hochebene, wie man auf den Bildern sieht, wo ich das Bett habe.
Die gesamte Einrichtung bleibt im Timmer und kann genutzt werden. Unter dem Bett ist Platz, um Kleidung und mehr zu verstauen. Der Gesamtpreis beträgt 850-900€ (da können wir zusammenschauen) + 200€ kaution die du wenn alles in Ordnung ist bei Auszug direkt zurückbekommst.
Die geräumige Küche und das Bad teile ich mir mit meinen beiden freundlichen Mitbewohnern, die teilweise in der Zeit auch auf Reisen sind. An zwei Tagen in der Woche wird ein Raum der Wohnung als Büro genutzt (das merkt man allerdings nicht so sehr). Generell ist es ein ruhiges Zusammenleben mit gelegentlichen gemeinsamen Aktivitäten wie z.B. einem gemeinsamen Abendessen.
Besonderer Pluspunkt: Wir haben einen üppigen Privatgarten hinter dem Haus, den Du ebenfalls nutzen kannst.
