Welcome to the best flat in town! I'm Johann and I'm subletting my room for the summer in this extremely spacious shared flat. It's a 189m² loft and you're sharing that with only two flatmates. We have two balconies, two and a half bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer and loads oft leftover booze.
The room sports 5-meter high ceilings with charming sloped walls, being directly under the roof. It's fully furnitured, tidy and clean and will be left with some free storage space.
Our amazing loft is by the Rosa-Luxemburg-Platz with a 5-minute walk to Alexanderplatz offering a heap of public transport, heading in any direction. 20 minutes to the main station or a direct connection to the airport. Name it, you'll find it here.
We live in an inviting place and do make use of that but also respect each other's room to breathe. You'll live with Annie and Mark:
Annie is a rising star in the Irish whiskey industry and goes to the office 4 days a week. She loves to do sports in the evening, watch shows on our beamer, look for the best restaurants in town or invites her Irish posse over. She fluently speaks English and German.
Mark is a nerdy software Engineer taking a paid gap year between jobs (don't ask me how he's done that). He loves to discuss ideas and logistics, reads on the couch, puts on some amazing house tunes in our DJ booth, drinks natural wine on the balcony, has an occasional full-day-cooking-session and is eager to host his birthday party on July 6th. Mark is fluent in English and very motivated to learn German.
We have a cleaning schedule in place which you'll have to contribute to.
We're looking for a chill, reliable adult. The monthly rent includes all expenses from cold rent to our 400mbit wifi. We're excited to read a bit about you and invite you over to get to know each other!
