About Me
I’ve been living in Berlin for a little over four years and run a 13‑year‑old creative agency that lives at the crossroads of ideas, design and culture. Mindfulness and everyday creativity matter to me, so I keep the flat calm, clean and thoughtfully organised - think plenty of plants, vinyl spinning and the occasional weekend climbing trip.
That means the flat stays serene, thoughtfully organised and full of life: morning light, thriving plants, a record spinning. Climbing trips, deep work sessions and quiet weekend coffees are my reset buttons.
Who I’m Looking For

Elisabethkirchstraße is a calm, leafy side street right in the historic core of Berlin. Walk or cycle everywhere:
Alexanderplatz, Museum Island, Hackescher Markt, Mauerpark, Prenzlauer Berg cafés and bars, Hauptbahnhof – all ≤ 2.5 km. U‑8 Rosenthaler Platz, U‑2 Senefelder Platz, M1/M8 trams and countless buses are minutes away.
Rent & Basics
• Move‑in: about 15 May 2025(or later possible)
• Stay: 3–6 months (until end October 2025)
• Warm rent: all bills included (heating, power, internet)
• Deposit: two month’s rent
• Non‑smoking home, no pets (building rules)
• . Smoking: Strictly no smoking inside; terrace is fine with consideration.
• Pets: Regretfully not allowed (building policy).
• Stairs: Historic building, no lift – the flat starts on the 3rd floor.
• Cleaning: A professional cleaner comes every other week; costs are included in the rent.
• Recycling & energy: Proper Berlin recycling (paper / glass / plastics) and energy‑efficient appliances throughout.
• Bike storage: Secure, covered bike racks in the courtyard.
• Quiet hours: Building quiet time 22:00‑07:00 – please respect neighbours.
