Ich suche eine:n Zwischenmieteri:in für ein großes, tolles Zimmer in meiner sehr zentral aber ruhig gelegenen 150 qm großen Altbau Wohnung in Berlin Mitte.
Das Zimmer ist ab 01.12. verfügbar und Mietzeitraum nach Absprache für mehrere Monate.
Das Zimmer ist hell, sehr geräumig und mit schönen Midcentury Möbeln ausgestattet (1,20 Bett, Schreibtisch, Chaiselongue, Kleiderschrank und Sideboard). Dann gibt es noch eine Wohnküche und natürlich das Bad. Wasch- und Spülmaschine sind vorhanden. Ebenso DSL und W-Lan.
Die Wohnung ist eine typische Berliner Altbauwohnung mit hohen Decken, Dielen und und Parkettboden. Wir wohnen in fußläufig zum Hauptbahnhof, Straßenbahn, S.Bahn und U-Bahn quasi vor der Haustüre. Restaurants, Parks, Cafés und Bars natürlich auch.
Das Zusammenleben in unserer WG ist eher freundschaftlich aber zweckmäßig, das heißt jeder macht sein eigenes Ding, aber natürlich quatschen wir auch mal in der Küche. Bei Interesse und für nähere Infos schreibt gerne eine Mail.
