Hey everybody,
One of our rooms is vacant and we are looking for a new flat mate (age: 24-35!). The room is quite big (20m²) and furnished including a bed, locker, desk and an extra sofa. The room is divided into two areas - sleeping area and living area. The rent is 430€, running cost such as Internet, water is already included. Furthermore we also have a guest room where visitors can stay from time to time and a guest WC.
We have just renovated, so are pretty house proud. We keep the place neat and tidy, but are not pedantic about it, we just enjoy being in a nice space and hence try to keep it so.
The accommodation is located in walking distance to Alexanderplatz where you have access to all major S and U Bahn lines. Moreover, you can get on various tram lines directly in front of the house (direct connection to Berlin central station).
The closest super market is about 300m away. The Volkspark Friedrichshain (one of the biggest parks in town) is about 800m walking distance away.
We are an international flat share (we do speak English at home) with people from different nations such as Germany, France and Italy. We are active, social and friendly, with a wide range of interests between us. Therefore we have always things to talk about in our large kitchen living room.
During the week people work or study pretty long hours so we keep it quiet sometimes having a dinner or doing some sport together (e.g.: playing beach volleyball, tennis or table tennis).
On the weekend we enjoy going out clubbing, having some friends up for drinks but tend not to have huge parties in the flat, there is no need to with the city right on the door step.
We are looking for a cool like-minded, FUN, vibrant, outgoing, motivated, fit male or female who is independent as we are. Someone who is keen on sports, enjoys socializing and having a drink/dinner together occasionally. Doesn't mind when we stumble home later on the weekends... Someone who is responsible, pays bills on time, considerate, respectful, clean and tidy.
