Ich möchte gern ein Zimmer in meiner 4 Raum Wohnung vermieten. Das Zimmer ist ca. 18qm groß und möbliert (Bett, Schrank, Schreibtisch, Sessel). Es hat viel Licht und ist ruhig zum Hof gelegen. Im Mietpreis inbegriffen ist das zusätzliche 25qm große Wohnzimmer mit Esstisch und Fernsehecke, sowie eine voll ausgestattete Küche (20 qm gross mit Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine, Kühlschrank und div. Elektrogeräte und Geschirr). Alles kannst Du natürlich voll nutzen. Mit Dir sind wir eine 3er WG. Im Mietpreis sind auch alle Warmkosten inkl. Strom, W-LAN und Wasser. Wenn Bedarf besteht, organisieren wir eine regelmässige Reinigungskraft.
Dein Zimmer hat einen grossen Kleiderschrank, ein Bett 140x200, einen Sessel und einen Schreibtisch.

Die Wohnung ist in ausgezeichneter Lage unmittelbar in der Nähe des Hackeschen Marktes. Die U8 ist vor der Tür, die S-Bahn (5min. Alexanderplatz + 5min zum Hackeschen). Super Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und leckere Restaurants. Tolle Szene hier! Für den täglichen Bedarf gibt es auch alles, was das Herz begehrt. Parkplätze gibt es ab 17 Uhr reichlich.
Wir suchen eine/n ruhige/n Mitbewohner/in. Sollte im Leben stehen und Lust auf ein gemütliches und angenehmes WG-Leben haben. Wir sind definitiv keine Party-WG, kochen aber gerne mal gemeinsam, trinken ein Glas Wein, aber wir haben alle ein eigenes Leben, sind in Beruf und Studium integriert, sind also weder Familienersatz noch Zweck-WG sondern freuen uns auf ein zwangloses aber vertrautes Miteinander, bei dem man gerne nach Hause kommt.
Kurz zu uns. Wir sind zu zweit. Eine 25-jährige Angestellte und ich, ein Mitdreissiger. Ich, Max, arbeite beim Film und bin daher fast nie zu hause. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und freut sich auf Dich ☺

I would like to share a room in my 3-bedroom apartment. Your room is 17 square meters in size and furnished (bed, wardrobe, desk, chair). It is very friendly. Has nice light and is calm. Rent includes the 25 sq. large living room with dining table, Flatscreen TV, a fully equipped kitchen (washing machine, dishwasher, fridge and various electronic devices and dishes). Together with you we would be three people in the 100 square meters flat. The rent includes all: water, electricity and Wi-Fi.
The apartment is located in an excellent area. Close to Hackescher Markt. The U8 is right in front of the Apartment. Alexanderplatz and Hackescher Markt are 5 min away. The Kiez is great for shopping and offers a great variety of delicious restaurants.
We are looking for a roommate between 25-35. We are definitely not a party location but from time to time we cook together and spend a nice evening with a bottle of wine. We all have our own lives and work - but we are looking forward to a casual and friendly time together. Lets enjoy our home ☺. Smoking is not allowed. At the moment we are two: a 25-year-old french woman. I'm Max, working at the media business. I’m almost never at home. The apartment is very clean and is waiting for you ☺
