Das Zimmer ist 30m²groß, hell, geht ruhig zum Innenhof und ist komplett eingerichtet. Die Wohnung ist ein sanierter Altbau mit hohen Decke und Holzdiehlen. Inklusive einer neuen großen voll ausgestatteten Küche, inklsuive Spülmaschine & einem kleinen Bad.
Ich bin Ende 30, mache was Medien und arbeite Vollzeit, ab und an auch von zuhause aus. Die Wohnung ist daher auch keine Partyzone. Wenn du es auch ruhig, ordentlich und sauber magst, schreib mir.

I am looking for a new flatmate for a beautiful room in the heart of Berlin - 5 minutes walking distance from Rosenthaler Platz or Oranienburger Straße with lots of possiblities for sightseeing, shopping, cute cafes, restaurants... The room is 30m² big, bright and quiet and completely furnished. The flat is one of these old buildings with high ceilings, wooden floors. There is a big kitchen, fully equipped and a small bathroom.
I am in my late 30ties and work full-time in media, sometimes from home. Therefore the apartment isn't a party-place; if you also like it quiet, clean and tidy, please send me message.
