Zentral gelegen am Rosa-Luxemburg-Platz gibt es zahlreiche Restaurants, Bars und Clubs in Laufdistanz.
Direkt vor der Tür (1min Fußweg) gibt es sehr gute Anbindungen der Öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel in alle Himmelsrichtungen (U-Bahn/ U2, Tram/M8 und Bus/142).
Zudem gibt es sehr gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Netto 50m Fußweg, Rewe 300m, Spätkaufs 100m).
Centrally located on Rosa-Luxemburg-Platz (Mitte/Prenzlauer Berg), there are numerous restaurants, bars and clubs within walking distance. Directly in front of the door (1min walk) there are very good connections to the public transportation in all directions (U-Bahn / U 2, and Tram/M8 Bus/142). There are also very good shopping facilities (netto 100m walk, rewe 200m, late buying/ Spätkauf 100m).
Unser WG-Leben ist ziemlich entspannt.
Die Mitbewohner sind durchweg berufstätig. Wir suchen ebenfalls nach jemanden, der einer nicht-selbstständigen Arbeit in Vollzeit nachkommt und sich dafür in ein echtes Büro begeben muss.

Es gibt und gab nie einen Putzplan, wir haben aber seit ein paar Monaten eine externe Reinigungsunterstützung, die alle zwei Wochen die Gemeinschaftsräume in Stand hält.

There is no such a thing as "Putzplan" but since a couple of months we have some support with cleaning the public rooms.
