We're subletting a beautiful big room in a top floor flat, facing the backyard and located in a quiet environment.
The shared living area is very big (71m²), and to make this affordable we usually live here with five people. Thus we offer the room to couples, but if you can afford the rent on your own, of course you are welcome too.
Please note that the room will be without the furniture on the photo. There are some shelves at the wall and a small self-built table.

Wir bieten ein großes schönes Zimmer in einer Dachgeschoss-WG zur Untermiete, es ist zum Innenhof und somit ruhig gelegen.
Die gemeinsame Wohnraum ist recht groß (71m²) und um dies bezahlbar zu machen, leben meist fünf Personen in der WG. Wir bieten das Zimmer also für Pärchen an, falls du dir die Miete aber alleine leisten kannst, bist du natürlich auch willkommen.
Bitte beachtet, dass das Zimmer ohne die Einrichtung auf dem Foto vermietet wird. Es gibt aber ein paar Regale und einen kleinen selbstgebauten Tisch.
The appartment is located in the rear house and thus in a quiet atmosphere.
Train ("Ringbahn") and bus you reach by foot in only 3min, metro (Birkenstr.) in 10 min.
There are plenty of supermarkets, nice cafés, the ZK/U (Center for Art and Urbanistics) just down the street...
The wonderful park "Rehberge" including the lake "Plötzensee" is reachable by bicycle in 10min.

Unsere Wohnung befindet sich im Hinterhaus eines Altbaus und ist daher ruhig gelegen.
Zur Ringbahn und Bus (u.a. TXL) sind es nur 3min Fußweg. U-Bahn Haltestelle Birkenstr. 10 min Fußweg.
Viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, nette Cafés in der Nähe, das ZK/U (Zentrum für Kunst und Urbanistik) direkt die Straße hinunter...
Der wunderschöne Park "Rehberge" inklusive Plötzensee ist in 10 min mit dem Fahrrad erreichbar.
We are Cathe (visual artist from Uruguay), Matthieu (musician from France) and Marisa (photographer from Germany). In a shared flat an open hearted athmosphere is very important to us. Our large living room including work bench, sewing table, sofa and dining table invites for creative activity, cosy evenings, playing music and much more. And if it is not deepest winter, then we can enjoy some warm sunrays on the balcony :-).
You are looking for a flat, where people enjoy spending time together, but where there's also space for retreat? Then we are happy to receive a few words about yourselves!

Wir, das sind Cathe (Künstlerin aus Uruguay), Matthieu (Musiker aus Frankreich) und Marisa (Fotografin aus Deutschland). Für das Zusammenleben in einer WG ist uns ein herzliches Miteinander sehr wichtig. Unser geräumiges Wohnzimmer mit Näh- und Werkecke, Esstisch und Sofa lädt ein für kreative Betätigung, gemütliche Abende, gemeinsames musizieren uvm. Und wenn es nicht gerade tiefster Winter ist, dann können wir auch ein paar warme Sonnenstrahlen auf dem Balkon genießen :-).
