Hallo an alle WG-Suchenden in Berlin! (English version below)
Wir sind Minh, Linh und Vanessa und suchen ab sofort nach einer neuen Mitbewohnerin in unserer multikulturellen WG in Berlin-Mitte. Zu unserer Gemeinschaft gehören auch zwei liebe, junge Katzen.
Das Zimmer ist möbliert mit Bett, Schreibtisch, Regalen und Schrank. Die Gesamtmiete beträgt 450€ und du kannst hier natürlich alles mitnutzen, so auch unser geräumiges Wohnzimmer.
Wir wohnen sehr zentral: Die U-Bahn-Stationen Heinrich-Heine-Str. (U8) und Märkisches Museum (U2) sowie die S-Bahn-Station Jannowitzbrücke sind gleich um die Ecke und der Alexanderplatz ist in 15 Gehminuten erreichbar. Außerdem gibt es hier viele Supermärkte, Restaurants und Spätis. Trotzdem ist die Wohnung eher ruhig gelegen.
Im Idealfall bist du ein ordentlicher, rücksichtsvoller, unkomplizierter Mensch. Wichtig ist uns, dass du tierlieb bist, und wir würden uns freuen, wenn du unseren Schmusetigern hin und wieder Aufmerksamkeit schenkst. Am besten beschreibst du dich einmal selbst, damit wir uns ein Bild von dir machen können! Wir selbst studieren bzw. sind berufstätig und haben einen geregelten Alltag. Wenn du Ähnliches von dir behaupten kannst, freuen wir uns auf deine Anfrage.

Hi to everyone searching for a shared flat in Berlin!
We - Minh, Linh and Vanessa - are looking for a flatmate in our multicultural flat in Berlin-Mitte. We also have two lovely young cats living with us.
The room you will live in is furnished with a bed, wardrobe, desk and shelves. The rent is 450€ and includes the use of all conventional devices and the spacious living room.
Our flat is situated in the center of Berlin: U-Bahn U8 (Heinrich-Heine-Str.), U2 (Märkisches Museum) and S-Bahn Jannowitzbrücke are around the corner. It's a 15 minutes walk to Alexanderplatz. Also, there are a lot of supermarkets, Spätis and restaurants nearby. Yet, the flat is in a rather calm area.
We're hoping for a tidy, regardful and uncomplicated person, who is pet-loving and likes to spend some time with our cute cats. But please give us a description of yourself! The three of us are studying and/or have jobs and a regulated everyday life. It would be an asset if this also applies to you.
