Our roommate Philip left our WG to live with his girlfriend and we're looking for someone to replace her for a short-term sublease.
The room has a double bed, while the whole flat is well equipped, especially the living room that we built ourselves with a lot of love (and has a videoprojector and Alexa). You just need to find some furniture, or not, if you're fine with just a bed.
We're located in Moabit, the most upcoming district since 2000 ... It's 10 minutes away from Hauptbahnhof, 5 minutes from Tiergarten and one minute from the river Spree. Cool restaurant, cafés and bars in the area, supermarkets downstairs, 24/7 bakery with amazing Turkish fladenbrot for 1€, perfect when coming back drunk from the club ...
Public transportation:
The 245 bus leaves the front door, U9 Turmstr. 7 minutes away, Tiergarden (S5/S7) 15 minutes away, Ring Beusselstr. also 15 minutes and the TXL to Tegel 5 minutes walking distance
We're startup founders who love to work but also to chill, have beers and go wild. You should be a young professional, not necessarily founder, between 25 and 35 years, and WG-experience is a plus.
We share the cleaning and basic food, spices etc. Everyone has his/her own shelf and fridge space
