Hallo zusammen,
wir haben zwei Zimmer zu vermieten! Eins ab 1. Mai (12 qm, 356€, siehe Bilder) und eins ab 1. Juni (14qm, 367€, Bilder folgen.
Momentan wohnen hier noch Ellie und Nicole (35) und Oni und Dicker, zwei ganz tolle schwarze Kater :) Wegen der Katzen wäre es auch wichtig, dass du keine Allergie hast und ebenfalls, dass es okay für dich ist, dass man nur die Fenster ganz öffnen kann, die ein Katzennetz haben, dass du mit der Haustür aufpasst und dass es okay ist, nur Pflanzen zu haben, die für Katzen ungiftig sind.
Wie wohnen im 5. und 6. OG (Maisonette) und haben ein sehr großes, helles Wohnzimmer und einen tollen Wintergarten. Wir sind eher ruhig und entspannt und keine Raucher.
Die Wohnung liegt super zentral direkt am Checkpoint Charlie (U6+M29) und Supermärkte etc. sind fußläufig zu erreichen.
Besichtigungen sind wahrscheinlich ab 15.04. möglich.

Hello everyone,
We are having two free rooms - one from 1st of May (12 qm, 356€) , the other from 1st of June (14 qm, 367€)
The rooms are placed in the 6th floor. They are partly furnished. On the pictures there is the smaller room at the moment, the other will follow :)
In the wg we are two/three (as two rooms are free) other girls between 31 - 35 and two lovely male cats, Oni and Dicker :) It is important that you are not allergic on cat hair and also that you are ok with the fact that you can only (fully) open windows which have a cat security net and take care of the door so they don't run out, also that you don't have plants/flowers which are poisonous for cats. Our style of living is more calm and relaxed and none of us smokes.
The apartment is spacious, lies on the 5th and 6th floor (Maisonette), has a lot of sunlight as the living room faces both north end south side and a super nice wintergarden :) There is also an elevator in the building.
Everything you need (supermarkets, Rossmann, bank etc.) is within walking distance. Plus, you can be almost everywhere in Berlin within 30 to 40 minutes due to the placement of the building and the good connections. Bus M29 leaves right in front of our entrance door, U6 Kochstrasse is 3 mins away.
Appointments will be probably possible from 15.4.19.
