... we are looking for a new flat mate. All of us are full-time working but we also enjoy occasional activities together.
The room comes fully furnished (as displayed). The overall apartment has approx. 125 qm² and three bedrooms, two bathrooms, tow balconies. Each room has its own access to one of the two balconies. Bi-weekly cleaning is included in the rent. Garage parking is available upon request. This apartment is ideal for urban individuals who love to enjoy the city.
We will be moving out in September / October - however, there might be the possibility to take over the appartment by you :)

Wir arbeiten alle Vollzeit und sind im Kern eine Berufstätigen-WG - machen aber gelegentlich auch etwas gemeinsam. Die Wohnung, wie auch das Zimmer sind möbliert (siehe Bilder). Insgesamt sind es 125m² mit drei Schlafzimmern, 2 Badezimmern und 2 Balkonen. Jeder Raum hat seinen eigenen Zugang zu einem der 2 Balkone (zzgl. über das Wohnzimmer/Küche)
Wir werden wahrscheinlich im September / Oktober ausziehen - es besteht jedoch eventuell die Möglichkeit, dass du die Wohnung als Hauptmieter übernimmst

Apartment is literally placed on the old Berlin Wall and centrally located with subway (U6-Schwarzkopffstrasse) and S-Bahn (S41, S24 Wedding) in 5 min walking distance. You get to Friedrichstrasse and Hauptbahnhof (Central Station) in approx. 10 minutes. The canal is only 3 minutes walking away.
Newly opened EDEKA Supermarket 5 minutes away.
Our neighbors are the “Bundesnachrichtendienst” (German CIA) and the German Military Hospital. Both very quiet and until now the most tolerant neighbors we ever had

Das Apartment ist zentral gelegen und liegt quasi auf der alten Berliner Mauer. Die nächste U-Bahnstation ist 5 min (Schwartzkopffstr) und die S-Bahn ca. 8 Min. (Ringbahnstation S-Wedding) entfernt.
Zum Hauptbahnhof bzw. Friedrichstr. sind es mit dem Nahverkehr ca. 5-10Min.
Der Kanal ist in 3 Min fußläufig zu erreichen.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es ebenfalls fußläufig(Edeka - 5Min - und Netto - ca. 8Min)
Unsere Nachbarn sind der Bundesnachrichtendienst und das Militärkrankenhaus - was sehr angenehm ist
