Zusätzlich befindet sich eine kleine, ausgestattete Küche anbei in der typischen Altberliner Kammer mit kleinem Ofen, Herd, Wasserkocher, Toaster, Geschirr, Besteck, Töpfen, Pfannen, Gläsern und Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach.
Das Badezimmer hat Badewanne und Dusche, und Möglichkeiten Badezimmerutensilien unterzubringen.
Das Zimmer bietet optimale Gegebenheiten, um in Ruhe zu schlafen. Keine störenden Geräusche von Bahnen, Autos oder Trams, da es auf den begrünten Hinterhof hinausblickt - bzw in den Himmel, da wir uns im 3. Stock befinden.

The room is fully furnished with a comfy queensize bed, linen, sheets, pillows, lamps, curtains, desk and chairs, an armchair, a wardrobe, a cloth horse and stuff to hang cloth like dresses or jackets. On top there's a kitchen in the little chamber next to the room with cooker, oven, kettle, toaster, fridge and of course glasses, cups, plates, pots, frying pan etc.
Next to the room is a bathroom with shower and bathtub and space to put bathroom stuff. There's also a possibility to put stuff into the hallway.
It's a perfect room for a nice, peaceful sleep because there's no noise from cars, trams or trains - because the room's looking into the green courtyard and into the sky, because we're in 3rd floor.
Das Zimmer befindet sich im wahren Herzen Berlins, am Hackeschen Markt. Einem der attraktivsten Spots in Berlin. Das Haus ist ein Altbau mit langer Geschichte und liebevoll saniert.
Der S-Bahnhof Hackescher Markt befindet sich 3 Gehminuten entfernt, ebenso 1 Gehminute entfernt diverse Trams und eine U-Bahn-Station. Von diesen sind so gut wie alle wichtigen Punkte in Berlin in sehr geringer Zeit zu erreichen. Sei es Alexanderplatz, Bahnhof Zoologischer Garten, Bahnhof Friedrichstraße, Neukölln, Kreuzberg, Wedding, Friedrichshain - alles ist durch die zentrale Lage in der Nähe.
Die Gegend ist belebt und bietet viele Shopping-Möglichkeiten. Vor der Tür sind Edeka, Rewe und diverse "Spätis". Ein paar Gehminuten weiter findet man einen riesigen Kaufland. Aber auch für Fans von kleinen, privaten Läden gibt es hier Einiges. Nebenan befindet sich einer der ältesten Bäcker, der tatsächlich noch selbst backt. Es gibt viel Kunsthandwerk, Klamottenläden. Nebenan ist ein Indie-Kino und auch an Bars und Restaurants mangelt es nicht. In direkter Nähe befindet sich eines der ältesten Cafés Berlins - das Café Cinema. Auch Clubs findet man hier.

The room is in the real heart of berlin, the nice city center without sky scrapers - at Hackescher Markt. A quarter of berlin with a long and intense history and one of the most attractive spots in Berlin. The house is one of the typical Berlin houses and renovated.
There's a train station called "Hackescher Markt" in 3 minutes walking distance, also an underground train station in 1 min walking distance and trams in 1 min walking distance. For those who need it - there's a taxi station in front of the door. You can reach any important point in berlin in a few minutes because the flat is very central and well connected.
The area "Hackescher Markt" has lots to offer. There are supermarktes next door, like Edeka and Rewe or one of the big ones - Kaufland. There also are lots of small private shop like a very old bakery which makes real bread in the bakery itself. Or little craft shops. And of course lots of bars and restaurants, coffee shops (one of the best coffee shops is about 30 seconds away), icecream shops and an indie cinema, a theater and some night clubs.
