Hi an alle achtsamen Seelen :)

ES GIBT EINIGE FAVORITEN, ABER SOLANGE DIE ANZEIGE BESTEHT, IST NICHTS ENTSCHIEDEN.

Ich vermiete ein sehr schönes, möbliertes Zimmer ab dem 16.03.24.
Ich lebe mit meinem Kater Balou zusammen, also nur
an Katzenliebhaber ohne Allergie, sonst geht das leider nicht. Nur an Vegetarier-Veganer.°innen
Mir ist egal, was jemand isst. Es geht um eine Philosophie dahinter und den Fleischgeruch in der WHG.

Wir haben momentan noch eine Baustelle vom Nachbarhaus, die noch einige Monate steht,
das wäre wichtig zu wissen. Gerne an Leute zu vermieten, die kein Homeoffice nutzen und
einen Arbeitsvertrag haben.

Es sind von hier 3 Min. zur Tram und 6 min zur U8 Rosenthaler Platz (zu Fuß).
Es ist eine sehr ruhige und sehr schöne Gegend. In 2 Min. ist man mitten im "Leben"
und es gibt einen charmanten Wochenmarkt am Arkonaplatz.

Da ich sehr auf unsere Umwelt achte und die Ressourcen, kommt nur jemand in Frage,
der Verständnis dafür hat und einen Respekt aufweist. Die Abrechnungen können je nach
Verbrauch hoch sein und dann wird die Miete bei zu hohem Verbrauch angepasst.

Kommunikation ist alles. Es gibt einen Putzplan und Ich lebe fast vegan und es ist gut,
wenn man diese Philosophie und Einstellung teilt.

Selbst bin Ich eine spirituelle Frohnatur und suche auch Gleichgesinnte.
Humor ist sehr willkommen, eine gewisse positive Haltung und deep talks ebenso.
Kunst, Musik ( Vinyl ), Film, Tanz, Transformation, Ayurveda .. sind meine Schwerpunkte an Interessen
und es gibt natürlich noch weit aus mehr. Never ending :)

Ansonsten heisse ich das tägliche Yoga und Bewegung, Meditation und spirituelle
Begegnungen willkommen-alles was an Positivem erlebt werden darf :)
Bewusstsein erleben und ein Miteinander sind essentiell.

I am renting a very nice, furnished room from March 16.03.24 .
I live with my CAT Balou, so just to cat lovers without allergies, otherwise this is unfortunately not possible.
LGBTQ+ friendly house.

We currently have a construction site on the neighboring house that will still be standing for a few months,
that would be important to know. Happy to rent to people who don't use a home office
have an employment contract.

From here it is 3 minutes to the tram and 6 minutes to U8 Rosenthaler Platz (on foot).
It is a very quiet and very beautiful area. In 2 minutes you are in the middle of “life”
and there is a charming weekly market at Arkonaplatz.

Since I pay a lot of attention to our environment and resources, only someone who understands and respects it will come into question. Billings can be high depending on consumption and then the rent is adjusted if consumption is too high.

Communication is everything. There is a cleaning schedule and I live almost VEGAN and it's good,
if you share this philosophy and attitude.

I am a spiritually happy person and am also looking for like-minded people.
Humor is very welcome, as is a certain positive attitude and deep talks.

Otherwise, I welcome daily yoga and exercise, meditation and spiritual encounters - anything positive that can be experienced :)
