Hello,
I offer a clean room in my 70m2 flat. The room (as the rest of the flat) is sunny and is super centrally located at the metro U8 Station Weinmeisterstr. It faces towards the courtyard, which allows you to sleep comfortably with windows open in hot summer nights.
Another plus side is that you literally have a lot of nice coffee shops and clothing shops in the front of the door. Alexanderplatz is only 5 minutes away.
Your room comes minimalistically furnitured with a spacious 1,40m bed and a clothing rack. Blankets and towels are provided as well. WIFI is included. Since I recently moved out, you have the whole (empty) apartment for yourself. Unfortunately there's no other furniture/Maschines in the apartment left, so there's no possibility to use the kitchen.
Please note that rent is for July only! The apartment is perfect for your transit time in Berlin if you're looking for a long term stay!
