Hello! A room in our shared flat will be free from the 1.7. The room is 14sqm! It has high ceilings and is fully furnished with a loft bed, desk, wardrobe, clothes rack and a big window with a view of the Fernsehturm. It is on the 4th floor. The flat has a big bathroom and a big kitchen/common area. It is equipped with washing machine, stove, 2 fridges, toaster, microwave, kettle, various coffee machines, vacuum cleaner and iron. There is no balcony, but there is an incredible rooftop with a 360-degree view of Berlin. Bike storage in the entrance. Wifi, heating, gas, electricity and water included in the price.
The flat has an incredible location! Right next to Ubahnhof Rosenthaler Platz and with many bus and tram stops within a few minutes walk. Nice restaurants, bars, shops and beautiful parks within 10 minutes walk. Supermarket REWE is less than a 10-minute walk.
The flat will have 6 other members, with many different nationalities. It is a calm and relaxed vibe. Everyone tends to do their own thing but we will enjoy the occasional meal or drinks together. We keep the flat very clean, everyone has a weekly cleaning task.
No pets. No couples. Smoking on the rooftop.
