Move in date: Is semi-flexible, July 23rd would be preferred and the latest is July 1st.
It is a huge 139 Sq m flat. The bedroom is a loft style 12 Sq m. bedroom with a bed and a futon, a desk and chair with a lamp, and an open closet area to hang your clothes. Theres a big open window that allows for natural light. There is a huge kitchen and bathroom (shared) available to be used! There is WIFI, washer machine and drying rack, a refrigerator and freezer, gas heating.
DISCLAIMER: In an effort of transparency, this is a one bathroom apartment with 6 flatmates and the street is loud. Ask yourself, if you're TRULY okay with that, otherwise you will be suffering :) ideally if you don't work from home the bathroom situation won't be an issue.
The contract is unlimited.
This location is in the heart of Berlin and near most of the major tourist attractions, there are an overwhelming amount of restaurants below the apartment, a REWE within a 5 minute walking distance. It is a 1 minute walk to Rosenthaler platz Ubahn. M 1 and M8 train a 3 minute walk.
The flatmates: We have a very international group. Alberto, from Italy has a record label and works independently at home. Jan remasters music and makes music :) at home. These are the two I would say I'm closest to, and they're really awesome people with open minds. The rest of them keep to themselves a bit, we have Yordin who's leaving at the end of the month, and being replaced by Antonio, also from Italy. Then we have a student, Desi from Bulgaria, Rani from Belgium works as a debt collector, and then Rita, from the U.S, who writes stories for Inkedit.T hey are very helpful if you need anything. I'm from the US and Chile.
I'm looking for someone who is responsible and respectful and has a nice vibe. My flatmates want somebody who they will get along with :)
