Alle Nebenkosten in Warmmiete enthalten. Es wird dazu eine Kaution in Höhe von 500 € verlangt, die am Ende zurückzugeben wenn keine Beschädigungen o.ä. in der wohnung von Dir verursacht wurden.
Du wirst die Wohnung mit Nadya mitteilen, die Selbstständig arbeitet und meistens in der Wohnung ist.

I offer my room here as a subtenant to an individual as I go on vacation.
Availability: from 26.11.2019 until 22.12.2019
