Das 15m2-Zimmer ist voll möbliert und kostet 245€/Monat warm. Falls du schon vor April - also ab dem 27.03. - einziehen magst, würde ich dem Monatsmietpreis entsprechend noch Miete für die zusätzlichen Tage verlangen (ges.=276€; 27.03.-30.04.2020), aber das können wir ggf. noch genauer besprechen.
Das Zimmer ist jedenfalls voll möbliert!
Die Wohnung liegt in Mitte. Die U5 liegt direkt vor der Haustür. Zum Alex sowie zur Jannowitzbrücke dauert es zu Fuß ca. 10min. Die Straßenbahn ist ca. 7min zu Fuß entfernt. Die Anbindung in alle Ecken Berlins könnte also kaum besser sein!
Die WG besteht aus Flo (26) und Agnesa (26). Die beiden sind voll berufstätig und demnach viel unterwegs. Es handelt sich aber um keine Zweck-WG!
Das Bad verfügt über eine Badewanne, die Küche ist klein aber fein.
Für die Zwischenmiete verlange ich eine Kaution von 250€.
