Mattratze, Bettdecke und Kissen, 3er Sitz und Schlaft-Sofa (lässt sich zu einem Bett ausklappen), Schreibtisch, Stuhl, Kleiderchrank, Couchtisch, Teppisch, Vorhänge und große Pflanze. Die Einrichtung ist hochwertig und neu. Das Zimmer ist mit 26qm sehr geräumig und hell.
Die schöne Altbau-Wohnung ist 105qm groß, hat einen Begehbaren Kleiderschrank im Flur, einen Abstellraum in der Küche. Deckenhöhe ist über 3 Meter. So eine Wohnung macht richtig Spaß.
Die Küche und das Bad werden gemeinschaftlich genutzt. Geschirr, Besteck, Töpfe, Pfannen etc. - sind auch neu! Die Waschmaschine, Bügeleisen und Staubsauger sind vorhanden.
Im Preis sind alle Rechnungen wie Stroß, Wasser, Internet und Möbel-Nutzung inklusive. Es kommen keine weiteren Kosten hinzu.

The beautiful apartment has walk-in-closet in the corridor, 3 m high ceilings. is very big and bright. Such an apartment is really fun.
The kitchen and bathroom are shared. Dishes, cutlery, pots, pans etc. - are also new! The washing machine, iron and vacuum cleaner are available.
The price includes all bills such as heater, straw, water, internet and furniture usage. There are no additional costs.
Lage
5 Minuten bis U-Bahn Birkenstr. In der Nähe befinden sich sehr viele schöne Cafes und Bars. 4 Supermärkte fußläufig entfernt, ein großer neuer Einkaufszentrum Schulheisquartiert ist 500 meter entfernt.
Die Community ist toll und die Nachbar sehr nett und freundlich. Im Haus leben sehr viele Familien mit Kleinkindern, daher ist die Hausruhe sehr wichtig.
Sauberkeit ist sehr wichtig.

5 minutes to subway Birkenstr. There are many nice cafes and bars nearby. 4 supermarkets within walking distance, a large new shopping center Schulheisquartiert is 500 meters away.
The community is great and the neighbor is very nice and friendly. Many families with small children live in the house, so it is very important to be at home.

- I have a fairly varied music taste but my surprising genre is country music and I go to a festival in Nashville each year!

I am french, 24 years old. I am a non smoking/drinking person. I barely party and prefer to stay home and watch movies or TV shows on Netflix.
