The room is very bright - it faces to the south - with a double bed, a wardrobe, a small desk and a bookshelf. I keep a few plants in it, so I would be grateful if you could take care of them. You will also find towels and bedsheets - feel free to use them.
The flat includes three other single rooms on two floors, a bathroom and a toilet, a kitchen and a big living room and Wintergarten.
The flat is located at Checkpoint Charlie in Berlin Mitte, with bus (line 29) and U-Bahn (U6, U2, U1, U3) a few seconds away from the house door. In the area you can find many supermarkets for every budget and shops of all kind, as well as tourists attractions and monuments.
The three other flatmates work from home at the moment. They are Italian and between 30 and 45 years old.
We've been living together for a few years and we have different work schedules, which we try to respect so to make life in the WG pretty relaxed and easygoing.
We are looking for someone clean and trustworthy, who respects as instance the weekly schedule of cleaning duties in the house. Also, we are looking for a new subtenant who will sublet the room for the whole period, i.e. 1 June until mid-October. Since the room is already free, If you need it already in May please just let me know and we can arrange it.
Since I am abroad at the moment, I can offer a Skype meeting with my flatmates in Berlin so to show you the house and the room and have a chat.
