Hi dears,
For personal reasons I have to fly to Mallorca (from where I am) from 27.06.2020 to 19.07.2020. So I rent my lovely room.
It is a very large and bright room located on the 3rd floor, and super quiet. There is a big window where sun rays come in all day and it has a border where (when the day allows it) I take the sun.
The room is furnished with: A comfortable 140x200 bed, a chaise longue, a desk, a wardrobe, a mirror and plants. There is the possibility of having bed linen and towels, so everything essential is included :)
Right now I am working at home, but the computers you see in the photo will be removed.
In addition the bathroom is quite large and the kitchen / dining room also has everything you need. We also have a storage room where you can put whatever you want :)
Despite being in a very central and full of life area, our apartment is located on a very quiet and beautiful street.
Within 2 minutes you can find the following transport:
Tram: M12, M5, M1
Bus: 142, N6
Ubahn: U6, U8
We also have Rosenthaler Platz in 5 min walking, Mauerpark in 25 min, etc.
My flatmate is my best friend Carol, she is super fun and happy, but above all very respectful and clean. She will go to Mallorca also at the beginning of July so for a few days you would have the whole apartment for yourself :)
I also have to say that a dog lives in the flat, who will come with me to Mallorca, but it is a warning for an allergy to animals.
