Hello everyone,
we have a free bright room from 1st of June.
It's a big room of 18qm. (Enough room for a sofa)
There will already be some furniture (bed, wardrobe, desk and chair).
The room is facing the street (but it's not noisy thanks to the modern windows).
We have a modern kitchen (oven) and a modern bathroom (washing machine) with a big bathtub and a balcony.
Very central, Friedrichstraße is a very famous street in Berlin. There is a lot of shops, you will find everything you need (clothes, grocery, restaurants, bars, banks...).
It's close to a lot of monuments, famous places (Gendarmenmarkt, Potsdamerplatz, Checkpoint Charlie, Unter den Linden) and parcs (Tiergarten), where you can really enjoy sunny afternoons.
The public transports (U2 and U6) are just 1 min from our building, and you can go anywhere in Berlin in 20 minutes
We are an international WG (France, India and Canada) and we like to spend time together in the kitchen to play cards, have discussions or play Beer Pong. We also sometimes go in Tiergarten for picnic, or order sushi together.
We also like to have our privacy in our own rooms.
We are organised (cleaning plan) but don't worry it you don't do the dishes just after your meal.
